NGOs created by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi Sahaja Yoga International (also known as Vishwa Nirmala Dharma) is a worldwide non-profit organization, dedicated to the emancipation of humanity and resolution of its problems from within. Its main teaching is Sahaja Yoga, a revolutionary method of meditation founded in 1970 by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, Nobel Peace Prize nominee and acclaimed as one of the most significant voices on spirituality and world peace today. The main principles on which Sahaja Yoga International is based are morality, spirituality, mutual help in our evolution, search for truth, and healing our problems using our inner potential on an individual and collective level. Sahaja Yoga International Activities

Through the inner transformation and collective consciousness achieved in Sahaja Yoga, the individual becomes spontaneously integrated with the society and environment and one's actions become harmonious with the whole. Some of the proven benefits of Sahaja Yoga are listed below:
We look forward to working with you Sahaja Yoga has brought profound changes in our lives, and it is our goal to share this discovery with as many as possible. We have found that often the key to the resolution of global crises lies in the inner transformation of each individual rather than technological advances or social changes. Based on our own everyday experience, we have come to strongly believe that Sahaja Yoga can be a uniquely powerful vehicle to achieve this lofty ideal of global transformation. Towards this end, our organization offers presentations, seminars and weekly programs free of charge in which the benefits of Sahaja Yoga are introduced as well as experienced first-hand through short meditation sessions. As mentioned above, we offer these presentations both to the great public as well as to the staff and members of institutions who have expressed interest in this method of meditation. The benefits are multiple and far reaching, and we look forward to exploring them together with all interested parties, as well as tailoring them to their specific needs. If, as an individual or organization, you are involved in social work and are interested in the improvement of our society at a local and global level, please contact us and we look forward to collaborating with you towards the resolution of the problems our communities are facing today. |
